Real Estate Agents: two Membership types available...#1 Silver (Free Membership). In this plan, our fee's are made through referrals. Agents can advertise their listings on our Website absolutely free, with no up front expense at all. You'll get unlimited ad posting with "real Time" editing, an Agent profile page with copies of all your posted listings, and more, and "If you don't make a sale as a result of your advertising here, you won't pay a dime." Brokers/agents are charged a standard 20% referral fee on the "selling side only" when you sell to a buyer that came to you from our site.
#2 Gold (Flat fee Membership). Only $119.00 p/year. You get all the benefits of using our website including unlimited ad posting with "real Time" editing, an Agent profile page with copies of all your posted listings , Direct email & phone contact, and more for one flat membership fee of $119 per year. With this plan, there are no referral fees when you make a sale.
For Sale By Owners:
FSBO's can advertise their home free of charge, but must agree to work through a local agent with any leads that come from our site, and compensate that agent with 3% of the selling price if that lead turns into a sale. For this 3% fee the agent will do all of the negotiating, paperwork, take care of escrow, etc.
Banner Advertising
All Banner ads are 468 x 60, are at the top of the page, and rotate randomly.
You can custom target your banner ad to a city, County, State, or National viewing. We can help you with creating your banner if needed, and point it to your site.
Home/Front Page Featured Properties On our Home Page at BestBuy-RealEstate.com we have five Featured Properties that rotate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. These ads are hyper linked directly to the full detailed ad within the site. When a buyer clicks on one of the Featured Properties on our front page he is then taken to that specific ad to get more info on that property. Great National Exposure for your listing!!
